• Original valid passport ( Validity should be minimum 6 months from the date of travel ) along with old passport if any
• Fully filled & signed Application Form (Form14A) by the applicant.
• 2 Photographs – it should be recently taken - white background - 35 x 45mm size - Matte finish - 80% Face coverage. ( one photo to be pasted on the application form and cross signature )
• Covering letter with profile of the applicant and co-passenger’s details along with travel dates.
• Past 6 months Bank Statements ( If Agriculturist, past 1 year’s statement )
• Occupation proof – Salary slip if employed – GST Copy if Business 

• If passenger is travelling to Singapore for business purpose: required an Invitation letter / V39A from Singapore counterpart.
• Covering letter on the company letterhead 
• Letter from the superior ( if applicable ) 

Rs.1900/- non-refundable processing fee & Service Charge Rs.650/- + 18% GST applicable. Per person.

Visa processing time will be processed in 3-5 working days. Some applications may take longer time for process (which is due to the further verification process by the mission). 

We request you to submit the documents at least two weeks prior to the travel date. (Usual visa validity would be 9 weeks from the date of issue with multiple entries.

Additional Details You Must Know:

• If recently got married or going to get marry , enclose the Marriage certificate / wedding invitation card
• If Children traveling, enclosed the school / college ID card copies 
• If Retired person, retirement certificate / pension book  if any 
• If the expenses sponsored by their children, enclose their bank statement and covering letter with their photo ID cards 
• If other state issued passport holders:
• Need address proof in South Indian States 
• Bank statement / Aadhar Card / Rental Agreement / Letter from HR officials etc.
