Basic Requirements for a Taiwanese Visa
For Tourist
- Electronic Visa Form to be online by applicant using website https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw
- 2 Photos (Passport Size 35 mm x 45mm, coloured photo taken within 6 months, with 60% face covered in it. First Photo should be pasted and Second Photo should be clipped, Photos stapled on form will not be accepted).
- Covering Letter(Separate for each applicant). addressed to The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, New Delhi
- Company Registration Certificate with seal and Signature of Company Registrar/ Import Export Licence Copy / Industrial Licence Copy / Chambers Letter
- Return Confirmed Air Ticket
- Hotel Confirmation.
- Request letter from sponsor hotel booking
- Day-to-day tour itinerary
- Copy of last 6 months' Salary Slip with Company seal
- Personal and Company s latest, Original Bank Statement for 3 months with Bank Seal and Signatures of the authorising Signatory.
- The IT Return for the last three years (IT challan for the last three years /Form 16 and TDS certificate).
- (Note: If pax does not have a TDS certificate, then their 6-month salary slip along with a photocopy of the Appointment Letter.
For Business
- Electronic Visa Form to be online by applicant using website https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw
- Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any
- 2 recent colour photographs. (Photo Specification);
- Covering Company letter requesting for visa on the Company Letterhead.
- Invitation letter from the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan;
- Copy of the license (JAWAZ) of the local partner or prospective local partner company in Afghanistan.
- Original Company Bank Statement: stamped & updated for last 3 months with bank seal
- Air tickets: proof of return flight tickets from and back to your home country
- Hotel confirmation for your entire stay
- Company Income Tax Returns/Form 16: for last 3 years
- Travel Itinerary: day-wise plan outlining all elements of the trip
- Introduction/ recommendation letter from:
- One of the Chambers of Commerce and Industries, government of India;
- Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India;
- Export Promotion Council of India; or Reference number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan.
