- 6 months Valid passport
- Two recent photographs of 35 x 45 mm with white background.
- Detailed Covering letter requesting for visa addressed to respective countries.
- Ticket itinerary.
- Hotel Confirmation
- Overseas Medical Insurance for the travel period.
- Employment proof
- Latest 3 months' Salary slip and NOC to leave for salaried
- Certificate of incorporation and GST Registration for Business person
- Proof of retirement for retired person
- Bonafied Certificate / ID card for student.
- Latest 6 months bank statement
- Latest 3 years ITR-V income tax acknowledgement.
For Business
- Online Application (form will differ based on Country we apply)
- 6 months Valid passport
- Two recent photographs of 35 x 45 mm with white background.
- Detailed Covering letter requesting from the Company.
- Invitation letter from Schengen Country
- Travel itinerary.
- Hotel Confirmation
- Overseas Medical Insurance for the travel period.
- Latest 3 months' Salary slip
- Certificate of Incorporation and GST Registration of the Company
- Latest 6 months bank statement both personal and Company
- Latest 3 years ITR-V income tax acknowledgement both personal and Company.
Fees
For Adult 90 Euros and for children below 12 yrs. 45 Euros
VFS charges Approx. Rs.2000 per applicant.
Fees will vary based on the ROE and VFS charges will vary based on the Schengen country we apply.
Processing Time
15-20 working days (it will vary based on case to case). During peak season, it may take up to 45 days.
