Basic Requirements for a Philippines Visa
For Tourist
- 1 Visa Application Form fully filled and signed by applicant.
- 2 Passport size Photos taken no more than 6 months ago with white background only
- Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
- All old Passports
- Covering letter from the Applicant requesting for visa mentioning guarantee for all expenses and return to India
- Hotel confirmation
- Ticket Itinerary
- Employment proof
1. Latest 3 months' Salary slip and NOC to leave for salaried
2. Certificate of incorporation and GST Registration for Business person
3. Proof of retirement for retired person
4. Bonafide Certificate / ID card for a student. - If minor, under 18 years of age travelling alone or to be accompanied by a person other than a parent or not joining a parent in the Philippines. Affidavit of Support and Consent to Travel. The affidavit must be executed by either or both parents indicating the traveling companion of the minor and address in the Philippines, duly apostilled by the MEA. This affidavit must be presented before immigration officials at the port of entry in the Philippines upon the minor's arrival in the Philippines.

- Personal, Latest Bank Statements of last 6month, statement should mention the pax name and address.
- Personal Income Tax Certificates of the last three Years.
- Payslip for last 2 months (if Salaried) / GST copy of company (if business person)
For Business
- 1 Visa Application Form fully filled and signed by applicant.
- 2 Passport size Photos taken no more than 6 months ago with white background only
- Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel and all old passports.
- Covering letter on company Letter head requesting for visa mentioning guarantee for all expenses and return to India
- Business Invitation from Philippines counterpart with seal and signature
- Inviters residential status (Passport copy)
- Hotel confirmation
- Ticket Itinerary
- Overseas Medical Insurance
- Vaccination Certificate
- Appointment Letter.
- Payslip for last 2 months (if Salaried) / GST copy of company (if business person)
- Personal, Latest Bank Statements of last 6 month’s statement should mention the pax name and address.
- Company Bank Statements for the last 6 months should mention the company name and address.
- Income Tax Certificates for the last three years are both personal and company.
