- 2 Visa Application Forms
- 2 recent passport size Photos
- Covering letter requesting addressed to Namibia consulate
- Hotel Confirmation on the Letter Head of Hotel in Namibia.
- Day to day tour itinerary.
- Return Ticket
- Original Personal bank statement last 6 month(with minimum balance Rs 1 Lac) or Credit card copy.
- Yellow Fever Certificate.
