- Covering letter from the company with complete information about passengers profile, plan of travel and return, stay in Canada etc
- Latest 6 months company bank statement + Personal
- Last 3 yrs. Company IT papers (Saral) + Personal
- Invitation letter from Canada
For Tourist
- Valid Passport
- Online Application form to be completed through portal.
- Personal information of Applicant
- 1 Photo (recently taken white background – 35 x 45 mm size)
- Covering letter with complete information about passengers’ profile, plan of travel and return, stay in Canada etc
- Passengers contact details (Email and Mobile numbers)
- 6 months personal bank statements with sufficient balance (no sudden deposits)
- Any Fixed Deposits / Mutual Fund Summery sheet – copies
- Last 3 yrs. personal IT papers (Saral)
- Occupational proof / Retirement details.
- In case of child travelling, NOC from School OR College.
- Family – Siblings details sheet to be filled for each applicants separately
- If Invited by someone in Canada, their invitation letter, passport copies, Bank statements, Residential proof etc.
