For Business:
- Online application
- 1 Form No. 956. duly signed by the applicant
- Digital Photo
- Passport copies front and back and travel history pages
- Covering letter on company's letter head mentioning purpose of travel, applicant name as per passport and designation
- Copy of offer letter or letter from the employer mentioning applicant designation, salary and date of joining.
- Invitation
- Business proof
- Salary Slip last 03 Months.
- Personalised Bank statement for last 3 months
- Photocopies of Income Tax Papers last 03 yrs.
- Company ITR for last 3 years
- Adhaar Card Copy
- Insurance (If pax age is above 70 year)
- Medical fitness Certificate
For Tourist
- Online Application
- 1 Form No. 956 duly singed by the applicant
- 1 Digital photo with white background
- Covering letter mentioning purpose of travel, stay address, duration of stay and with complete contact details of the applicant
- Passport copies front and back and travel history pages
- Personal Latest 3month bank statement.
- Last 3 years ITR
- Hotel Confirmation with day-to-day Tour Itinerary.
- If invited by someone Invitation letter from the sponsor with valid resident permit card and their passport copy, If they are sponsoring their Latest bank statement.
- NOC from the employer, mentioning date of joining and salary
- Adhaar card copy
- For student their ID card copy and NOC from the school/college.
- Medical Fitness Certificate
